Refunds and Exchanges

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as helpful as possible while maintaining fairness to all participants and staff. Below is our official policy regarding refunds, exchanges, and deferrals for the ILEETA Conference & Expo.


Conference Cancellation Policy

January 30 – March 1, 2026

Cancellations received during this period are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.

Prefer to defer? You may transfer your current registration to the 2027 ILEETA Conference at no additional charge. This allows you to keep your registration active and apply your payment to the following year.

After March 1, 2026

No refunds or deferrals will be issued after this date.

All registrations are considered final and non-refundable.

Transfers are an option. Contact us for support.

If you fail to check in at the conference, your registration will be forfeited.


Transfers

Agencies and individual members are always welcome to transfer their registration to another ILEETA member.
If you need to make a transfer, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
