Reservation Instructions

The 2024 ILEETA Annual Training Conference and Expo will take place March 18-23, 2024 at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, MO.
ILEETA has negotiated the rate of $155.00 for a King or Double room occupancy. The daily parking rate is $10 per day.
The Hilton reservation process has changed. Please follow the steps below when making your reservation.

Union Station Hotel is currently SOLD OUT!
We are working to secure a room block at an overflow hotel. In the meantime ILEETA is referring delegates to the Drury Pear Tree Union Station.
This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the conference. The rates run from $156/night (3/17-23/24) plus tax with pre-payment. A similar rate was found on Expedia with a deposit required. Parking is included.

Hilton Ball Park has opened a block of rooms for the 2024 ILEETA Conference at the ILEETA rate of $155/night. At this time they have King rooms only. Please click on the link below to make a reservation.

Step 1

  • Under the title “Edit Stay” click on the date ( example: Apr 03 Fri)
  • Select your check in date
  • click on the next date (example: Aug 11 Tue) and select your check out date
  • click “Update” (depending on your browser it can take up to 60 seconds before the screen advances to Step 2.)
  • click “Special Rates”  and under Group Code type ILE24

Step 2

  • Make your room selection and click “Quick Book”

Step 3

  • Complete Payment and Guest Details
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is complete
