NAFTO was created as a resource for law enforcement, corrections, and communications trainers throughout the United States and beyond. The organization provides foundational learning and development to field trainers and supervisors. NAFTO also hosts an annual national training conference featuring break-out sessions, guest speakers, panel discussions, and more.
