Meet Raymond A. Merlin
Advisory Board Member
Raymond A. Merlin served In the United States Marine Corps for 4 years and over 18 years on the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Dept, working 3rd shift patrol and a member of the Tactical Response Team. An instructor in DAAT, POSC, Firearms, Professional Communications, Crowd management, and Ground Defense. Has served on the POSC Advisory committee for the State of Wisconsin Training and Standards and is currently on the Tactical Advisory Committee for the State of Wisconsin Training and Standards. An Adjunct instructor for Gateway Technical College-WI, Instructing for the Law Enforcement academy, in-service training, and consultant for Specialty training, and an Adjunct instructor for Blackhawk Technical College-WI.
Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Minor in Human Resource from Concordia University
