Meet Chuck Mader

Chuck Mader has over thirty years of progressive experience in the law enforcement profession. His experience includes duty assignments as a uniform patrol officer; juvenile officer; detective; detective/sergeant; detective/commander; operations commander; and deputy chief.
Chuck has also been a sworn police officer for the Village of Bloomingdale since 1973. Currently he is the Deputy Chief, serving as second-in-command of the police department. His responsibilities in this position involve the coordination of the three major divisions (Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations/Youth Division and Administrative Services Division). Chuck is also the Range Master; Defensive Tactics Coordinator; Director of the Physical Fitness Program; Tactical Response Team Commander; and Training Director.
