Meet Harvey Hedden Harvey Hedden is a 26 year veteran of law enforcement and currently holds the rank of lieutenant with the Kenosha County Sheriffs Department. He is the field supervisor for the Kenosha County Controlled Substance Unit and heads his department’s Marine Unit, Dive Team and Hostage Negotiation Unit. He holds a B.A in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Harvey has been a trainer for over twenty two years specializing in the areas of use of force, firearms, pepper spray, investigations and vehicle contacts. He is also a member of IALEFI, NTOA and the Wisconsin Narcotics Officers Association where he has served on their board of directors since 1990.
