Meet Bill Harvey

William L. "Bill" Harvey is currently the Chief of Police of the Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Police Department. He is the former Director of Training for the Savannah, Georgia, Police Department and retired with 23 years of service. Bill is a long time trainer, writer and lecturer on Community Policing, Field Training and Supervisory/Managerial topics.
